1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the platforms, software engines, APIs, or websites provided by SharedJourney AI & VR Labs Ltd at sharedjourneydepx.mom, you agree to be bound by these legal Terms of Service and all incorporated policies.
2. License & Platform Access
We grant enterprise and developer users a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our Neural VR Narrative Engine and spatial rendering APIs in accordance with agreed SLA tier limits. Reverse engineering of neural model weights or compiled shader bytecodes is strictly prohibited.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All dynamic narrative models, dynamic procedural algorithms, source code, visual assets, trademarks, and documentation hosted on sharedjourneydepx.mom remain the exclusive intellectual property of SharedJourney AI & VR Labs Ltd (Company No. 14920481).
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, SharedJourney AI & VR Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from simulation downtime or virtual headset hardware incompatibility.
